4th of July Celebration BBQ Treats!
The first recipe we made was "Orchard Apple Cheesecake" These bars were delicious, and a hitt at the Bbq!!
The next thing we made was a fruit platter mountain! We were experimenting for a wedding were catering in the near future!
The third thing we made was Almond Joy Cupcakes! These were chocolate cupcakes filled with coconut filling, and topped with a chocolate ganache! Sadly we didnt get a picture of them, with the rush of getting everything done before the Bbq started!

First Ever Motor-Cross!
Want an exciting thrill?.. well then go to a Motor Cross, that’s what we did! Trevor was competing in a Motor-Cross in American Falls, so we drove up and watched him! It was really sweet to see the motorcycles thrillingly cross the obstacles ahead! Afterwards we congratulated Trevor.. cause he got FIRST PLACE! It was an exciting experience that we look forward to doing again!!
Welcome Home Elder Smith
It’s been about a month and a half since Tyson got home, but life is finally slowing down enough to start blogging again! It was a marvelous day August 19th, excitement was in the air.. Welcome home signs went up, and an anxious family awaited for a special someone to arrive. After that special someone arrived the fam took him out to Chile’s for a nice dinner! Then we went home and Tyson got writing on his talk for his welcome home that was the next day! After having the welcome home all over with it was good just to bond and hear all Tyson’s mission stories.. its good to have him home!
